Whistler Village, only a short 10 minute walk to Blackcomb

The Fairmont
Chateau Whistler is a grand hotel built in the tradition of
the Canadian Pacific Railway, which built a number of luxury
hotels across Canada in the 1900’s. The Chateau towers over
the upper village and looks like a beautiful castle. Inside
you have rich dark woods and vibrant colors combined for a
luxurious feel. It commands the best location in the upper
village, located right at the base of Blackcomb Mountain,
just a few steps to the Wizard or Magic Chairs.
The Chateau is a traditional hotel in that none of its rooms
come equipped with kitchenettes. This luxury hotel offers
all the amenities of a full service hotel including room
service, an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness centre, full
service spa and three onsite restaurants. The Mallard Bar is
a lovely place to sit and lose yourself in one of their
luxurious chairs or sofas while listening to live nightly
entertainment.
Fairmont Gold is the Chateau’s ‘hotel within a hotel”
offering its own private check-in and concierge. The
Fairmont Gold Lounge offers complimentary continental
breakfast and après ski appetizers, honour bar, and a wood
burning fireplace with daily newspaper and magazine
selection. All Fairmont Gold rooms feature double sink
vanities and luxury room amenities. The Fairmont Chateau
Whistler is in the top tier of hotels.

Westin Resort
and Spa
The Westin is a full service luxury hotel with complete
kitchens in all of their suites. The hotel is located right
at the base of Whistler Mountain beside the Whistler Village
gondola. Rooms with a mountain view overlook the Whistler
Village Gondola ascending to the top of Whistler Mountain.
This is a stunningly beautiful hotel built with a west coast
style featuring fir beams throughout. The hotel has all of
the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel including
on site restaurants, an outdoor pool, spa and room service.
Also onsite is the popular Helly Hanson store right beside
the Salomon Shop featuring retail and rentals.

Four Seasons
Resort Whistler
In spring of 2004 The Four Seasons opened a
beautiful mountain resort in Whistler. The Four Seasons
comes with their world wide reputation for excellence in the
hotel industry. This stunning full service hotel comes with
all the amenities including an outdoor pool, spa, health
centre, and onsite restaurant. Its premier location in the
upper village is a short distance from the base of the
mountain. Being located slightly apart from all of the
activity at the base of the mountain creates a quiet
secluded atmosphere.
With only 273 guest rooms, suites and townhomes the hotel
has the feel of an intimate mountain lodge. The rooms
themselves are some of the most spacious, minimum 550 square
feet for a standard room, and most luxurious in the resort.
The bathrooms are gorgeous and feel like a mini spa with
slate tiled five piece baths.
To collect your skis you walk approximately five minutes in
your ski gear and footwear to the Four Seasons Ski Check at
the base of Blackcomb Mountain. This short walk is a good
warm-up to get the blood flowing before your ski day begins.
The ski check is located directly underneath Monk’s
restaurant. Here you change into your ski boots, the ski
concierge hands you your skis and steps away the mountain
awaits.

Pan Pacific
Village Center
The Pan Pacific Village is a brand new luxury boutique hotel
for winter 2005/06. Now, in addition to the Pan Pacific
Mountainside, there are two excellent Pan Pacific properties
to choose from in Whistler village. All suites feature
kitchens, spacious living areas, gas fireplaces and
balconies. Hotel amenities include heated outdoor lap pool,
two hot tubs, fitness centre with sauna, and massage therapy
and spa treatment rooms. The base of Whistler Mountain is a
short 5 -10 minute walk from the hotel.
The Pacific Lounge & Pacific Bistro is located on the
hotel’s lobby level. Served in this lounge, inclusive in the
guest’s room charge, is a hearty full breakfast buffet and
from 3:30pm to 5pm afternoon hors d’oeuvres.

Sundial Boutique Hotel
The Sundial Boutique Hotel is a unique luxury
hotel located at the base of Whistler Mountain in the
village. The suites come complete with full kitchens
featuring granite countertops and a refined, contemporary
style. The suites are some of the most spacious in Whistler
ranging from 700 square feet one bedrooms to 1,500 square
feet two bedrooms. Some of the rooms have private hot tubs
and there is a communal roof top hot tub. With just 49 guest

Resort
New for the 2005/06 winter season is the
completely refurbished Hilton Whistler Resort. The Hilton
has undergone a complete update both inside and out as well
as adding the esteemed Hilton name with its reputation for
excellence in the luxury hotel market. The hotel has a
coveted slope side location right at the base of Whistler
Mountain in the village, you can not get any closer to the
Whistler village gondola than from the ski check. Whistler
Mountain Kids ski school assembles on the steps of the hotel
every morning and afternoon, making drop off and pick up for
your kids very convenient. The full service hotel comes
complete with onsite dining, room service, outdoor pool,
exercise gym and complimentary ski valet service.
An outdoor firepit in the hotel’s inner square is a great
place to roast some marshmallows and hotdogs and create some
special memories for the whole family. Also located onsite
is the popular Cinnamon Bear Bar with a pool table,
backgammon, and bigscreen TV to watch your favorite sporting
event. As well the basement of the Hilton is the mothership
location for Summit Ski Bike & Board, our preferred rental
shop. If you like to be entertained by Japanese chefs

Pan Pacific
Lodge
The Pan Pacific Lodge Whistler is an all-suite full-service
boutique hotel located right at the base of Whistler
Mountain in the village. Its premier location offers the
closest location to lift access to both Blackcomb Mountain
and Whistler Mountain via the Excalibur Gondola for
Blackcomb or the Fitzsimmons Chair or Whistler Village
Gondola for Whistler Mountain. All 121 suites are
beautifully appointed with fully equipped kitchens, gas
fireplaces, balconies, floor to ceiling windows with
breathtaking mountain views and soaker bathtubs in a four
piece bathroom with heated tiles. The small size enables
personal service from the front desk staff and creates a
warm, intimate atmosphere in the hotel. The pool and hot tub
overlook the base of Whistler Mountain offering perfect
views of the mountains and the village square. The pool’s
southeast exposure gives you sun late into the afternoon
making a post ski swim a great idea.
The Dubhlin Gate is a great spot for breakfast, lunch or
dinner. A frothy pint of Guinness is on tap at all times.
Regular live Celtic music makes this a popular nightspot.
