Since 1999, Whistler Wired Vacations Inc. has provided excellent service to the discerning Whistler guest. We base each undertaking on the fact everyone is unique. Therefore, customization is integral to everything we do.

Vacation Planning

Our business began with vacations, with guests from around the world entrusting us with the details of their Whistler vacation from the basics of accommodations, airport transfers, and activities, to the details of private chefs, birthday cakes, and ski guides. We have contracts with the leading hotels in Whistler and Vancouver as well as access to the full inventory privately owned condos and chalets.

Property Management

We manage an exclusive group of finer homes such as the Royal Suite, Wolverine, and Arrowhead. Due to our limited inventory we are able to give each property and its owner significant time and attention. We pay great attention to detail while ensuring excellent revenue.

Corporate and Incentive Travel

We provide fully customized corporate retreats. We have planned retreats for leading companies in Whistler (BC), Banff (AB), and Mont Tremblant (PQ). A highlight of our retreats is our own food and beverage catering at remote locations. Find out how we can create your next company adventure.

Transportation

We have our own licensed fleet of luxury SUV’s to safely transport groups between Whistler and Vancouver International Airport. We also make arrangements for any sized group to get to and from Whistler by ground or air.
